Photograph of bedroom where Lillian Nordica, the famous opera singer, was born in Farmington on December 12, 1857. Her birthplace home is located in western Maine, overlooking the Sandy River Valley. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and is currently maintained by the Nordica Memorial Association.
